During his federal career, Telly oversaw $27 billion in contracts across 44 DOJ components. His work included major technology acquisitions and initiatives that strengthened operations and reduced costs.

A Marine Corps veteran and former federal senior auditor, Andrea brings experience in financial management, grants and contracts administration, leadership training, and coaching.

Andrea served in the Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer and Staff Auditor, then as a senior auditor with the Air Force Audit Agency. She also served as Grants and Contracts Fiscal Coordinator at the College of Southern Maryland.
