Andrea M. Renfroe

Andrea is a self-motivated, goal oriented, and exceptionally well organized servant-leader. She honorably served the United States Government for over 22 years. For 11 and a half years, she served in the Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer and Staff Auditor. For approximately 12 years, she served as a civilian senior auditor with the Air Force Audit Agency. Afterwards, she served her local community as the Grants and Contracts Fiscal Coordinator at the College of Southern Maryland.  

Andrea holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration. She holds a Grants Management Certificate and is a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM). She also holds an Elite Influencer Coaching Accreditation™️ earned through the Conscious Coaching Academy™ and is a certified coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team.

Telly Renfroe

President, Co-Founder

Telly is a results-driven executive with extensive expertise in federal procurement, contract management, and organizational transformation. As the former Director of Procurement Services Staff (PSS) and Bureau Procurement Chief at the Department of Justice, he oversaw $27 billion in contracts for 44 DOJ components, earning the Justice Management Division Special Commendation Award twice. A decorated, 20-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Telly excels at energizing teams, streamlining processes, and exceeding mission objectives. Notable achievements include a $3 billion Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) award that saved $360 million, plus a 10-year, $300 million AWS agreement enabling the closure of 44 data centers and saving $50 million through negotiated discounts. Telly holds an MBA from Webster University, a Master’s in Program Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is FAC-C Professional certified in Contracting by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI). He remains dedicated to fostering open communication, driving innovation, and supporting global transformation in emerging markets.
